商業施設『ipot』の1階にあるCoCo壱番屋です。 店の規模はそれ程大きくなく、客席は30席程度ですが、平日・休日のいずれの時間帯も並ばなければ入れないほどの混雑している、という様子は見られません。近隣は住宅街であるため、テイクアウトや出前で利用する客が多いため、昼食時間帯に利用すると、店内は空いていても注文及び給仕に時間を要する場合があることに注意が必要です。 給仕される料理の質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のCoCo壱番屋と遜色無いものと思います。

This CoCo Ichibanya is located on the first floor of the "ipot" commercial facility. The restaurant is not very large, with seating for about 30 customers, but it's not so crowded that you have to wait in line to get in, either on weekdays or weekends. The neighborhood is a residential area, and many customers use the restaurant for takeout or delivery, so it should be noted that ordering and serving may take some time during lunch hours, even if the restaurant is empty. The quality of the dishes served and the customer service of the staff are comparable to other CoCo Ichibanya...

ここは、何度行っても酷い。

オーナーだか店長だかみたいな人は、サービス業を舐めてる。 当然、店員教育も出来ない。 バイトさん、可哀想だよなぁ。 接客のなんたるか？を分からないまま、この仕事するんだがらね。 待たせても平気、客の気持ちは分からない。 なんとも、嫌な気分になる。

久しぶりに…。 夜遅くなり、近くで開いている店が無くて仕方なく行ったけど。 やっぱり、ダメだわ、ここのオーナーだか店長。 他のお客様も居ないから、前はもう少し混んでいた様な気もするけど、高くなったし、こんなもの？なのか分からないけど、相変わらず気分の悪い店。 とびからスパイスでしたっけ？テーブル置いてないんでしたっけ、最近？そんなこと無いと思うけど、ここは置いてない。 注文しても、メチャクチャ面倒な雰囲気で対応され…。 オーナーなら、別の方にお店任せれば良いし…雇われ店長なら、やめさせたらいいんじゃないかと思うくらい接客は悪いんだよなぁ。
