Menya Yamato — Restaurant in Ise

It is a hole in the wall type place but I really like the Tan Tan noodle at this place, with its slightly spicy pork broth and stop by whenever I am in the area. Going at lunch time gets you free rice and side dishes. The only thing I miss, when I first started going there, gyoza was also a menu item but was deleted from the menu.

EDIT I've been going here since 2010 or so, maybe twice a week since I lived close by. Still, after moving I would, visit 2,3 times a year. I always had the tan tan men. Unfortunately, this last time the flavor had completely changed and did not enjoy it at all. I've changed the stars from 4 to 2 as a result. One nice change was having a table ordering system in some stations, though, only PayPay is accepted, which I am unable to qualify for, as the only alternate to cash. Door actuators are still not fully fixed after all this time (been going there since 2011!)

EDIT 2 Was in the area recently 5/2025, and went just to place just out of habit. Fortunately I found the old Tan Tan Men, but the lunch special was now not free but 50 yen. Good deal but sad...

かなりお手頃な価格帯で高校生の頃から 利用させて頂いていたのですが 最近接客や衛生面等の酷さがかなり目立ちます。

特に若い男性アルバイトの方は いらっしゃいませやありがとうございます、 お待たせ致しましたも言わず注文をする際も 非常に面倒くさそうな返事や態度をするなど 同じ接客業をしている身としてはかなり驚きました。

子供の目の前でも同じ対応、 呼ばれても気付かないふりをしていましたし 一体どういった教育をされているのでしょうか？ 雇う側の方はせめて人を選んで頂きたいと思います。 不快な態度で接客をするような方はホールに出さないべきです。

次に衛生面ですが、 丼の中に髪の毛が混入しており キッチンにいるお兄さんに伝えたところ 一度は作り直しますと下げてくれたのですが、 すみません、『これは白ネギなんですよ』と返されてしまいました。 見えなかったかと思い、お米の中から引き抜き 見えやすいようにしましたが『白ネギです』の一点張り。 どう見ても茶色く細長い髪の毛。 白ネギな訳ないですが、言っても対応して頂けないので丼は残しました。 ちなみに自分の髪の毛とは色も長さも違ったので、確認してから店員さんにはお伝えしております。 こんな事あってはならないと思います。 ましてや髪の毛を白ネギと言い張るなど 飲食店で食べ物を提供しているにも関わらず 言語道断です。有り得ません。

長くなってしまいましたが こういった事は一度や二度では無いので 流石にもう来る...
