Madan is a brilliant chef and lovely host. He very kindly rustled up a delicious off-menu vegetarian curry for my vegan partner. Both curries and naan were top class. An oasis of Indian flavours, sights, sounds and a refuge for vegans in Ishigaki!

While the restaurant’s curry menu may appear similar to other Indian establishments in Japan, what truly sets this place apart is the chef’s exceptional hospitality and dedication to his craft. He went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences, preparing special off-menu dishes tailored to our request.

Among the highlights were the kasuri methi paneer and mixed vegetable curries — both packed with flavor and expertly balanced. Although we typically don't order naan, the chef prepared a custom garlic naan without egg, served perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious.

Owner chef guy argued with me after clearly charging my credit card 3X by accident!!!

Menu was super confusing and even more confusing when he talked about the set (with a crappy salad and gross soup ). He was obviously making more money on the Set vs ala cart.

Chef was short fused and very impatient as I struggled with his very confusing menu.
