Sushiro Itoman, Okinawa. In general I love sushiro.

In corona time, they have shortened the operation time, but the stuffs didn’t inform us. We waited for 15min and the staff came to tell us that we cannot get in. Then, we decided to do takeout. It took 45 min to make 16plate of sushi 😂. After 30 min they came and told that they started pudding now. It will take another 10-15 min. I got so irritated with this! At that time we were the only customer in the store.

Lots of fun for a foreigner visiting Okinawa! Quite novel if a bit overly automated at times, like getting a table.
