$$$ Yes its a bit expensive but worth a try if youre already tired of conveyor type sushi. Located close to the Iwakuni Train Station just beside the Osaka Yakitori (which is also good, I made a separate review for this), quite easy to find.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card (they accept major credit cards)
Price: the photo attached here with costs us 1,000 yen.
Waiting Time: sushi are made with fresh fish and sea stuffs, if they run out of it and means its done. 1 platter (see pic attached) took 15ish minutes to be prepared coz the restaurant is almost full. Good thing we ordered skewers which is tasty too!
Reservation: i dont actually know if they take up reservation, but when we came here around 6:30ish seats (Table type for 4 people) are almost full but they have a few seats available on the counter which I recommend! Language: they have an english menu available.
