Love this place. Located just close to the Izumisano train station. Reasonable price and good serving portion. The food is delicious. The staff are very friendly.

Recommended gyoza, fried chicken, omelet rolls stuff with veg and topped with bonito, and charcoal grilled chickens with egg yolks are not to be missed.

They also have the all you can drink for 2,000 yen for 2 hours which the last order calls at 1.30 hrs. Nice and quick serving.

普段からレビューは書きませんが、あまりにひどい対応に驚いたので、初めて投稿いたします。

焼き鳥を注文したところ、かなりの長時間待たされたのち、生ビール一杯チビチビ飲み切ったくらいのタイミングで提供されました。

週末なので時間がかかるのは仕方がないと思いながら、一口いただいたところ、完全に冷たくなって硬化したものでした。おそらく、調理後にしばらく置き去りにされていたのが容易に想像できました。

焼き鳥が食べたくてわざわざ金曜日の仕事終わりに足を運んだため、このまま嫌な思い出にしたくないと、恥を忍んで丁重に交換をお願いしました。 そして、1-2分程度で再度提供されたものは、先程私が一口かじったものそのままで、さらには上に乗っているシソがふにゃふにゃに変化した状態。 間違いなく、電子レンジか何かでささっと温め直して提供したのでしょう。

あまりにふざけています。 チェーン店とはいえ、このお店は決して安いとはいえない価格設定ですよ。

金曜日の仕事終わり、お金じゃなくで、週に一度の貴重な時間を無駄にされた気がして、腹立たしいです。
