English Review The rooms are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The carpeted floors are very dirty and should be replaced for hygiene reasons. The disposable slippers are not suitable for Europeans with shoe sizes over 43; proper slippers should be provided. There is only one pillow per bed, which is uncomfortable as I expected at least two. They don’t even supply water in the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The location is acceptable thanks to the grocery store right in front of the hotel, but the breakfast is terrible due to the limited selection.

Recensione in Italiano Le camere sono spaziose, ma la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. I pavimenti in moquette sono davvero sporchi e andrebbero sostituiti per motivi igienici. Le ciabatte monouso non sono adatte agli europei con taglie superiori al 43; sarebbe opportuno fornire ciabatte adeguate. C’è un solo cuscino per letto, il che risulta scomodo dato che mi aspettavo almeno due. Non viene nemmeno fornita acqua in camera, cosa inaccettabile per qualsiasi hotel. La posizione è accettabile grazie al grocery store proprio davanti all’hotel, ma la colazione è pessima per via della scarsa scelta.

Die Einweg-Hausschuhe sind für Europäer mit Schuhgröße über 43 nicht geeignet; es sollten angemessene Hausschuhe bereitgestellt werden. Es gibt nur ein Kissen pro Bett, was unbequem ist, da ich mindestens zwei erwartet hätte. Außerdem wird im Zimmer nicht einmal Wasser bereitgestellt, was in keinem Hotel akzeptabel ist. Before we checked out, it was raining heavily outside. So we asked reception to arrange a taxi for us to the airport. Staff told us she has called 2 taxi companies, but nobody answered the call. Nothing else she can do to help us. It was the first time I heard from hotel saying their can't help their customers to find a taxi. I can't believe this was happened in Japan. In the end, we found a taxi through DiDi. When the taxi arrived, the doorman holding a umbrella standing in the front gate, watching us get wet in heavy rain putting luggage into the car. He didn't come over to help us. He just stood there watching their customers get wet in such heavy rain. I will never stay in this hotel again. I have never experienced such terrible...
