3Rings Grill&burger — Restaurant in Kakegawa

I have had burgers all over Japan and this was by far the best burger I have had in Japan no questions asked. It is easily in the top 3 I have had world wide.

It was clearly evident that they put great care into crafting their burgers and picking out the best quality ingredients. The burger patty itself was layered with incredible flavor packed into every bite. The toppings complimented the flavors of the burger perfectly.

Eating this burger just about brought tears to my eye because it made me feel like I was back home in North Carolina eating at my favorite burger joint. Words can really not express how much I enjoyed this meal.

For those wondering I ordered the Mountain High burger with the premium beef, Root Beer Float and loaded fries.

The only thing I would ask to be done differently would be to have no ice in the root beer float, as the ice cream does a good enough job of keeping the drink cold, and the ice makes it very inconvenient to get the last of the ice cream out at the end. Otherwise this meal was perfect. Thank you for the great food and I look forward to coming back again next time I am in the area.

The ambience was pretty much the reason we came. Not sure if its a norm, but its the only thing we got out of it. We ordered the extra good beef 440yen extra per order. It was all hard beef and not very tasty. The burgers look cool, but that where the fun or enjoyment stopped.

The burgers are tall and look pretty. The beef was hard and without taste The price was high considering how much food you got.

Originally we were really excited to try the cheesecake and other desert. To be honest, after eating the burgers we weren’t interested in any additional food they had to offer. So we skipped desert…

Very relaxing atmosphere. We waited a bit but enjoyed family time in meantime and we knew it was fresh. Worth the wait. 10 min walk from train station. Menu is in English but servers did not speak English so we used Google translator. Food was amazing and so much variety. Steak is to die for, so yummy and comes with soup and salad!
