焼肉秀上富良野 — Restaurant in Kamifurano

予約の電話を入れると二階席ならとの事だったが、来店時に一階の奥の半個室が空きましたからそちらへ！と、若く爽やかな店長さん。

出だしから嬉しくなる。

肝心のお肉はどうかな？！と頼んでみる…

名物の豚サガリはこの地区の他店と比べると強めに脂をそいであり、小さめなカットとなっている。

男としては他店のように大ぶりで白い脂付きも悪く無い気もする。 けれど、女性陣には好評だった。

また生ラム(塩)は、臭み無く柔らかく更には適度な厚さもあるので美味さも格別。

今回はあっさりと塩で食べたが、追加で三皿も頼むならタレも試せば良かったな。笑

こちらは和牛肉が多く提供されている。 カルビもロースもハラミの和牛セットは中々に脂が効いててコッテリとしている。

それらには醤油タレと言う比較的アッサリとしたタレが用意されていた。 また、どれも見目良く良い下処理をしてあった。 和牛セットの皿は北海道らしくさり気なくラベンダー柄があしらわれている。 旅情を誘う。

素晴らしい。笑

ちなみに、豚ハラミには味噌ダレ。 他の肉、全般には万能ダレなる有能なタレ、そして醤油タレ…と三種のタレが用意されている。

もちろん、タレのお代わりもOK。

ユッケジャンスープはゴロゴロと大ぶりの牛スジが10片程も入っており、食べ応え十分。 玉子とニラのとじた感じも良く、辛味も適度で熱々だが次々とイケタ。

見た目にも大いに食欲をそそる。

半個室の席は掘りごたつ形式となっている。 大きな卓の上に最新式の集煙換気扇が取り付けられているおかげで、服や髪に臭いが付きにくい。

駐車場は店舗屋店舗前の谷口肉店さんの駐車場も使えるとの事。

とにかく、良い接客と美味しいお肉を楽しめる良いお店でした。

When I made a reservation call, they said the second-floor seats were available. However, upon arrival, the young and refreshing manager said, 'We have a semi-private room at the back of the first floor, so you can sit there!'

I was delighted from the start.

Now, onto the crucial part – the meat! I wondered how it would be. The specialty pork sagari had less fat compared to other nearby places, and the cuts were smaller.

As a man, I didn't mind the large, fatty cuts from other places, but the ladies seemed to appreciate it.Also, the raw lamb (salted) was tender without any smell and had a perfect thickness, making it exceptionally delicious.

We had it with just salt this time, but if we had ordered three more plates, trying it with sauce would have been a good idea.They mainly serve wagyu beef here, and both kalbi and sirloin in the wagyu set were rich and hearty.

They provided a relatively light soy sauce-based sauce for them. The presentation of the dishes was excellent, with great attention to detail. Fantastic, I must say!

By the way, the pork harami came with miso sauce. There was also a versatile sauce for other meats, and of course, a soy sauce dip – three types of sauces in total. You could also ask for sauce refills.The yukkejang soup had plenty of large beef tendons, around ten pieces, giving it a satisfying texture.

The egg and chopped chives were well done, and the spiciness was just right, piping hot but enjoyable one after another.

The semi-private room had a sunken kotatsu-style seating arrangement. Thanks to the state-of-the-art smoke exhaust fan installed on the large table, it was not easy for the smell to stick to clothes or hair.

As for parking, they mentioned that you can use the parking lot in front of the Taniguchi Meat Shop.

Anyway, it's a great restaurant where you can enjoy excellent customer service and delicious meat.

During our earlier visit to Hokkaido in winter, we had an enjoyable dinner at Yakiniku Hide on our way back from Furano to Sapporo. So, during our current summer visit to Furano, we patronised Yakiniku Hide again.

We asked the owner of Furano Trailer Village Den (where we stayed) to help us make a reservation as we know the restaurant is very popular for its grilled wagyu beef. We were so appreciative of her hospitality and help, and she even managed to secure a private room for us!

We ordered a large platter of 3 speciality wagyu beef. All 3 meats were delicious, with a light drizzle of seasoning oil. We supplemented with an additional order of one specialty wagyu beef. It was a most enjoyable meal.

We looking for restaurant after onsen trip, this was one near by and best reviews. Visit without reservation due to fully booked but the owner accepted with 1:15mins time limited which more than enough for 3 of us.

Simple menu, fast service and great taste!

Recommend stone bowl bibimbam, cold noodles and salad( order big size!)
