Charming family-ran restaurant with lovely owners.

We stumbled upon this place as we explored Furano and we were glad they accepted foreigners.

The food was delicious and the portions were huge! The face our group made when we saw the size of the tempura set as it came out haha!

We had a great time eating here and just when we were going to leave the mom gave us dessert too! It was a delicious sesame based pudding that we will always remember.

As a bonus she also gave us some post cards with photos captured by her talented son as a parting gift.

Very recommended, food was good, big portion and the owner was very friendly, he showed hospitality and trying to communicate with our group of 5 people even though we did not speak japanese. We end up here after going to several restaurants that did not received us in (maybe because we are foreigner). Turns out it was a very fortunate thing because we got here and because we are the last customer we got a very generous complimentary melon slices from the owner.
