I’been in this local yesterday by chance…I was looking for an Izakaya but in the end I said to myself: ”you know what? It’s from the night before I eat fish and seafood, a good ramen would be the best option tonight” so one of the closest to me were this one. Fortunately. The ramen is just amazing, only two choices but amazing! Even the chāshū (or more properly char siu) is delicious, (but that was the forse time I ever eat that so I can’t make comparisons). So everrything is oishii, but, most of all, these two guy are the real stars. Young funny, kind, nice, gentle, respectful and a lot lot competent with their work. I definitely recommend the Special Soy Ramen! They only sell 10 every day, so you should definitely be there in time before stock is empty. People are, as expected from Japan very kind and welcoming. It’s the best ramen and chashu (please, order the chashu) that I’ve ever had in all Japan!!
We order the duck ramen (limited to 10 a day) and it was spectacular, best ramen we have ever had… and taste of that soup is f….. incredible…
