The owner has been bartending for over 30 years, the drinks were another level. There are some reviews complaining about prices that are misleading. If you are ordering off menu alcohol and do not ask the price, what do you expect. When back in Kanazawa this will be my first stop.

This is a real hidden gem with a life times collection of memorabilia and a barman who puts you in mind of an old school romantic publican (white shirt, bow tie) not to mention a truly enviable selection of UK spirits and whiskies.

What an amazing bar this is! This bar has been operational for 57yrs! The owner's Whisky collection is mind blowing! And he has kept/collected bottles for many many years (he's 87 yrs old) & so you see whisky bottles going as far back at 1860's! I bet you'll find bottles from your birth year here! I did :-)! And then the single malt drams! OMG! He has 8 drams of some of the best single malts. And a big cocktail menu. The owner & his wife ensure you'll have a very engaging experience.
