Odecafé — Restaurant in Karatsu

Second time visiting here. Indoor and outdoor dining. Reasonable prices. The atmosphere is particularly warm and soothing and for a minute I had a nostalgic feeling of being back in one of the students cafe's I used frequent back in my university days. I wasn't disappointed with the food either; good comfort grub. Lovely coffee and a crisp salad, and I'm not sure what spices they used to make the aroma of the cheese curry so delectable but it was incredible and mouth watering. The curry itself was pretty good - I mean, I imagine if they blended the supermarket cheese with Extra Mature Cheddar or Havarti it would take the dish to the next level, but such dairy products are costlier in Japan and they'd have to up the price. I stopped at this cafe where was located a bus terminal building to have a tea time waiting for a bus for Yobuko area. The atmosphere in the cafe was calm and clean and all young staffs were very kind and polite to guests. I ordered a black coffee and my wife wanted to get an Affogato.
