Great udon place. They serve rather thin udon and the basic dish (釜揚げうどん) is served with a very good dashi broth. 宮崎うどんといえば”釜揚げうどん”の一択 だそうなんですが、この出汁が旨味たっぷ りでなんとも美味しいんです🤭

最後にうどんの入っていた器に出汁を入れ ることで最後までスープを楽しめる「逆蕎 麦湯」的演出。湯汁で伸ばしても旨味が全 くぼやけないバツグンの味わいなんです🤫

My best udon place in Karuizawa. Their food is unique and tasty. Different from the regular udon that I had in Tokyo these days. I’m kind of a picky eater but I have finished my portion in here. Highly recommend it if you come to Karuizawa. 😉👍🏼

주인분들 매우 친절하세요. 음식도 일반적인 우동과는 조금 다르지만 정말 맛있습니다. 제철 채소같은 재료를 활용해서 메뉴가 바뀌는것 같은데 전부 정성들여 만드시는게 눈에 보여요. 주차도 가능하니 혹시 카루이자와 오실 기회가 있다면 꼭 들러보시길 추천합니다. 😋 (참고로 주차는 대각선 건너편 자갈밭쪽에 하시고 안에서...
