Bar Perch is a hidden gem in Karuizawa & served the best Negroni I have ever had ! The bar is beautiful and once inside it feels like a very luxurious personal space a million miles away from the outside world - a great place to wind down & relax. The owner was so lovely & we were able to communicate easily with our rudimentary Japanese. We stopped in at opening time for a drink on our last night in Karuizawa and had the bar to ourselves (the owner told us the crowds come after dinner time) so glad we did☺️. Not the cheapest bar in town but very reasonable prices for the quality, ambience and charming host,...

The bar name “Perch” stands for the place where birds take a rest, meaning a place for travelers to take a break. I highly recommend travelers to visit here and enjoy the cocktail here👍🏼

ゴルフ帰り、東京に戻るまでの時間、食事するほどお腹すいてないし、ちょい飲みできるところないかなぁ…。目に留まったバーの扉、おもむろに開けたら、おーっBINGOな空間。暑かった軽井沢、おまかせでハイボールを2杯注文。うまかった。つまみも丁度いい。会話も自然に流れる。心もカラダもクールダウン。よい時間を過ごせた。ありがとうございます。（2024年9月）
