ベトナム料理 VIET QUAN柏店 — Restaurant in Kashiwa

This restaurant was wild! Guests speaking uncontrollably laud in Vietnamese, not just one to another but also to their video chats, the cook and stuff shouting at each other thriught the whole restaurant, the waitress just stopping to take order in the middle of talking as something took her attention randomly...but the most bizarre thing was, nothing from this was disturbing, but the opposite😉. It felt like jumping straight to a Hanoi market restaurant full of life or to a scene from a movie. And the food! OMG!!! The food was really good! I mean REALLY good! If I should choose between a Michelin French restaurant and this I am back here straight away without thinking! The taste was just the best possible balance between spicy, sweet, salty and sauer. Juicy and crunchy. It was rich but not heavy, aromatic, but not pushy. It was satisfying. Difficult to describe, better just try. ủa phân biệt đối xử vãi ...... t vừa xem ảnh người nhật gọi bánh cuốn được hẳn 3 chiếc bánh ( giống hình minh họa cắt ra đk 12 miếng nhoa ae ) còn t thì với 1250y t được 2 chiếc bánh ( t ngu k chụp lại bằng chứng nhưng t thề là sự thật ) cắt ra được 8 miếng t thề t nghĩ bánh cuốn đắt nhưng ít cũng đk 3 chiếc ... ae hiểu đang đói họ bê ra hẳn 2 chiếc bánh cuốn cho 1250y thì cảm giác thế nào khum ạ :) còn chưa kể lúc t vào k chào hỏi gì :) cứ kệ mịa mài ngồi còn bật loa nc với ai đó , lúc t gọi đồ t nói hẳn 3 lần mới nghe thấy t gọi ( cái này t dễ dãi nên thấy bt chỉ là h muốn kể ra thôi :v )lúc t đi ra thì nhiều khách việt vào thế là chào hỏi cám ơn t này nọ ... ủa là sao má . sao k niềm nở...
