EDIT : In my previous comment I was explaining how this restaurant works because they had not updated the english tutorial so we had some issues to understand the process. After my comment the manager below responded to me regarding that issue and will further update the english tutorial. Thanks a lot for that, I was also saying that except our issues with the process, the restaurant itself was great, I loved the desserts, the sushis were great and the staff was helpful they were trying their best to help us.

Hence my 5/5 service, if you are a foreigner you should definitely try it at least once, you'll be able to try dishes you'll not try yourself, because there is a mix of everything : american/european and japanese, which enables you to get out a bit out of your comfort zone but still have things you may know such as french fries, soba, chicken...

The food variety is good. I recommend choosing shabu-shabu with drink bar only because the sushi is so so. Tempura is freshly made but nothing spectacular. Other dishes such as fried chicken, dim sum, and vegetables taste ok. I'm not sure is it because we went on the weekdays, they did not refill the dishes when it's finished. Came here for lunch on a Sunday at 1pm. We were able to get a seat for 4 in around 15mins. The buffet with tax costs 1700 yen for adults, 1350 yen for kids and kids not in elementary are free.
