Very convenient location if traveling by train. It is located at the entrance/exit of the train station and saved me and my cold fingers! I was able to quickly get a hot chocolate and warm up and the cashier helped me place my order even though she did not speak english. They were still very welcoming and happy to help me stumble through my request. Fairly priced in comparison to Starbucks or other popular...

★RAと書かれたネームタグを付けていたレジ担当の女性スタッフの方 番号542859 入店時いらっしゃいませ、こんにちは等の挨拶一切なし 入店しレジに行っても気づかず レジにいるが後ろを向いて作業していた。 その人の他に2人スタッフがいて業務に追われていた様子はなし。 レジ担当なら常に入店状況に気を配るべきでは？ 数分後に後ろを振り返って初めてお客さんがレジ待っている事に気付くが、 お待たせしました等一切なし。 お伺いします〜のみ。 そこでケーキを頼んだが 「お取りいただけますか？」と一言。

タリーズさん色々な店舗に伺ってますが 自分で取れと言われたのは初めて。

仮にセルフで取る方式だったとしても ありがとうございます。恐れ入りますが〜、 等の言葉遣いは出来ないのか？

そもそも入店時の挨拶ができない、 混んでる訳でもないのに待たせられ、 そこに対して謝罪もなく、 その上でこれを言われ...
