Plus: Great service. I have done both 'eat in' and 'take out' and staff were friendly and accommodating. Coffee and desserts are delicious. The brewed coffee is well-balanced, and there are various interesting drinks such as the 'popcorn caramel latte' and frozen coffee. Fluffy pancakes are a nice experience and the French toast is very popular (often sold out).

Needs improvement: Main dishes such as the taco rice are okay. Nothing spectacular but a good main dish if you want several courses.

Other notes: A cozy atmosphere and many people come to study or do some work. There are outlets available and you can be left alone if you want. Expect a wait time if you come at peak hours during lunch time or early dinner time. Definitely...

前回のクチコミ更新で、分業制なのか会計が終わらないと、テイクアウトを受け取れない。イートインの会計が多いと、その列に並ばないと‥と書いた。今日(2/13)もアイスコーヒーのテイクアウトを注文。注文で氷少なめ‥ガムシロ不要‥ミルク１つ入れて欲しい‥とリクエスト。おそらく注ぐ人が別なので、別なスタッフが先に会計をと促してきた。会計まで待つ。レジでは会計後に商品を待つよう言われる。待っても渡されない。その間、こちらを伺うレジ担当＆イートインか?こちらを気にする接客担当が数名。５分しても何も対応されず待つ。１０分しても‥。(^o^;　アイスコーヒーのテイクアウト受け取りに１０分以上も待つんですか?と声を掛けると、今から作るから先に会計を済ますよう促して来たスタッフが出てきた。「これから作ります。」と。すごく空いている店内だったので？作り忘れていたとしか思えない。待たされて催促というか確認をし、「これから作ります。すみません。」と言われたアイスコーヒーは注いだだけ‥だった。氷も波々‥ブラックで、ミルクとガムシロを渡される。リクエストと違いすぎると伝えると、「氷少なめです‥。」と。ときどき頼む、普通のアイスコーヒーと氷の量は一緒でしかない。この店舗は分業制なので、イートインをした方が不愉快さも感じないのかも知れない。この何年かで、スタッフの質がガタ落ちした‥ように思います。こんな...
