Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kawasaki

Never felt so disappointed ordering pizza...I am aware that pizza in Japan are really dissappointing, but Domino's overcame my expectations today. I really thought that I would receive something similar to the below picture that shows in their website, but what I got was an incredible small pizza with nothing on the top... Domino's pizza might be facing a terrible time to be saving on ingredients, but cheating clients will only ended up losing them more. #domino'spizzanevermore...

I ordered delivery 2 hours ago, but it still hasn’t come. It still says “preparing your pizza” on the tracking page, and the estimated delivery time has long passed. When I try phone to cancel my order, they don’t pick up the phone. Starting to feel like I got scammed by dominos 😅

ここのお店でデリバリー注文しました。 最初にお店側から配達予定時間が提示されますが、その時間から一時間以上過ぎても届きません。連絡もありません。キャンセルは電話からしかできませんが、電話が繋がらないのでキャンセルもできません。お金は前払いです。 最初に「すぐ配達できます」と言っておいて金を払わせ、どれだけ客を待たせようともキャンセルさせなければこっちのもの！そういうお店です。 いつも頼んでるピザハットから気分で変えてみましたが……もう二度と注文しません……。

追記です。 予定時間から1時間30分過ぎて到着しました。注文からは2時間15分です。ピザは冷めてました。キャンセルできないから待つしかなかったし、いつ届くか分からないから別に食事を用意してお腹を満たすこともできず……お腹ペコペコになるまで待たされたあげく、冷めて固くなったものを届けられて最悪でした。 ちなみに公式HPには次のような記載がありますが、最低評価のレビューをお送りしても、作り直しや全額返金の連絡はありませんでした。 「お客様に満足いただけない場合は、商品の作り直し、もしくは全額返金をお約束します。商品の不満、接客対応の不満、配達時間の不満、配達時間遅延によるキャンセルなど、ドミノ・ピザ側の不手際により、ドミノ・ピザの食体験に満足して頂けなかったすべてのケ...
