Katsu Kobo Wako Saginuma — Restaurant in Kawasaki

Well I would not usually write down about the foods I was disappointed all the way, however whole things happened here was highly intolerable. For the record, I say other branches were highly satisfactory.

I ordered the oyster and six slices of tonkatsu, but the six slices of them were surprisingly tiny and looks unproper (this is still fine cuz offering things perfectly all the time is impossible). Hence, I asked one staff if this is the right one I ordered. Then he brought them back to the kitchen and come back saying this is exactly the one I ordered. But he misunderstood the menue I ordered and then coming back with his (perhapes) both whose saying this is right. While waiting for the tonkastsu, I saw they were spatting and saliva came into the katsu, which discouraged me from eating anymore.

After all, he finally gave me with the coupon I can use next time while not admiting any mistakes happned.

昨日の夕食時に家族3人で伺いました。 店内は大変混雑しており、10組ほどの待ちがありましたが、30分ほどで案内していただきました。 お料理はいつも通りとても美味しく、大変満足しております。 また、赤ちゃん連れのご家族などもいらっしゃって、にぎやかで温かい雰囲気の中でのお食事でした。 ただ一つ気になった点として、接客を担当されていた店員さんの中に(短髪で恰幅のいい男性の方)お一人だけ居酒屋のような雰囲気で接客されている方がいらっしゃいました。 動きはとても機敏でテキパキとされており、忙しい中一生懸命なのはよく伝わってきましたが、 ・片付け時の音が大きくガチャガチャとうるさく感じられたこと ・声を張り上げるような話し方で、終始落ち着かない印象を受けたこと
