McDonald's Noborito Branch — Restaurant in Kawasaki

Rude. Ordered a chikin cheesu buraga Seto. Cashier only charged 140... It seemed wrong. They called me to get my order a cheeseburger no sides or drink. Completely wrong.

I shook my head but the person handing the food seemed too busy to care.

I got in line again.  Same cashier. This time i pointed to the menu picture and yelled over the noise CHIKIN CHEESU BURAGA SETO ONEGAISHIMASU.   I even pantomimed eating french fries while saying "potato".   Kid still got it wrong. Said 240... I shook my head again and pointed to 500 price on menu. Finally he got it right, but never did not apologize. No sumimasen or gomenasai or offer to cancel the cost of cheeseburger i didn't order.  I don't eat beef. What i am supposed to do with now?

This McDonald's is easily accessible by all modes of transportation, about a two-minute walk from Noborito Station, and drive-through service is available. Order at the order counter on the first floor and pick up your items. Eat-in customers mainly use the second floor seating area. There are some seats on the first floor as well, but all chairs are set relatively high, so people with disabilities such as wheelchairs may find it difficult to use them. The service I've receieved here is generally quick and friendly. Most of the time this location isn't overly crowded either. You can find a table.
