The taste is good!... However, it does kind of spit in the face of the whole Jiro-kei Ramen idea of "have it your way" where you can increase or decrease the topping size however you feel! If you want to do that here, you need to pay 100 JPY per topping change 😢.

"Jiro-style ramen with a good balance" I was looking for a ramen shop in the vicinity of Mizonokuchi and found one. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Tokyu/JR Mizonokuchi Station. I haven't actually been to the original Jiro-kei, but I can only guess from what I've seen and heard that this Namidabashi is also in that vein. It has thick noodles with a good bite and a soup full of pork. However, this shop has a very sweet and savory fish broth and is very delicious. What I ordered was "Spicy Manmosu", which looked quite tough at first glance, but it became mild with the flavor of the broth and was a Jiro that could be drunk all the way to the soup as mentioned in someone's review. The default is 180g of noodles with a mountain of bean sprouts and thick chashu on top, so I think it's generally "full!" but those who are familiar with Jiro may find it "easy to eat". I was full! 神奈川県川崎市高津区溝口。久しぶりに、溝の口へやって来ました。活気がありますねぇ♪ 飲食店がとても充実しているので、選択肢が多く嬉しいかぎり(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و

本日は以前から食べログでチラホラ見ていた人気店「泪橋」にお邪魔しました。東急田園都市線・大井町線の溝の口駅、南武線の武蔵溝ノ口駅、または高津駅から徒歩５～６分と言ったところでしょうか。少し感動したのは、昼間からやっている居酒屋・焼き鳥屋さん多いのね。流石!!! 溝の口ですな(o^-')b !

お店は用水路に橋が架かった横にあり、店前のスペースがウッドデッキになって待ちイスが置いてあります。なんか良いですね(*^ω^) 因みに橋の名称は泪橋ではありませんでした。

11時半過ぎ、店内満席、外待ち３人目でした。15分ぐらい待ったかな。夜無し、昼営業(11:00～15:00)のみなので、並ぶ心積もりは万全です p(^-^)q 後客10人以上。

店内に入ると、大柄な店主さんとバイトの女の子。感心したのは、私はお一人様でしたが、二人席に通され、これは相席かなと思いましたが、そのまま一人でした。お陰でバシャバシャ写真を撮ることが出来ました。ありがたい配慮です(^^)

お初なので、先ずはお店の基本ラーメンを頂きます。バイトの女の子が「ニンニク入れますか？」と二郎定番のフレーズ。綾瀬はるかさんも食べて美味しいと言ったとか。マンモスラッチー♪︎ (*´∀`)♪ ご店主お一人の調理なので時間はかかります。余裕をもって来たので問題なし。10分ほどで着丼!!!

見た目、プチ二郎と言った感じです。軽いもやしの山に、サイドにトロトロチャーシュー、頂きには鰹節。スープは豚骨ベースに鶏ガラ、そしてサッパリ魚介出汁。背脂の海が広がります♪麺はかなりコシが強いストレート角太麺。実に食べやすいプチ二郎、そして美味い (゜∇^d)!!

スープを飲み干し完食。この味・量は、女性や年配の方、お子さんにも食べることが出来るのではないでしょうか。お店の雰囲気も良いしオススメです♪︎...
