This is a great hidden spot for hand made brick oven pizzas in Kirishima near the famous Saigo House with its foot spa. The chef has some common favorites such as margerita and quatro formagio, but has several interesting daily specials that change regularly. A lunch set includes a very nice balsamic salad with fresh and marinated vegetables and a drink with a personal pan pizza. 前々から気になっていたピッツァのお店、初めてお邪魔してきました。 お一人で切り盛りされているため、お値段や内容はいろいろ試行錯誤中との事。 今日はランチセットを頂きました、今回はお値段1,800円でしたが、前菜がものすごく盛沢山でびっくりしました！ サラダ類も、焼き野菜もすべてどれもおいしくて前菜だけでも満足してしまいそうになりました。イタリアンはやはりお酢が効いているのがとても好きです。 2人で予約でしたのでピッツァはトマト系とクリーム系それぞれ1枚ずつにしようかと思っていたのですが、チコリが気になったのでマルゲリータと其方をチョイス。 やっぱりピッツァを食べに来たらマルゲリータは外せないので。 チコリは初めて食べましたが、チャーシューのような感じでうまみが強くて大変美味しかったです。 アッツアッツの焼きたてを直ぐに出していただいたので耳は香ばしくカリッとしていてたまらない美味しさでした。 デザートは無花果と赤ワインのグラニテでした。口の中でスッと溶けてさっぱりして、ピッツァの後にはぴったりでした！ 季節やその時々でメニューが変わるようなので、今後もぜひお邪魔したいお店でした。 今度はクリーム系や、あればアンチョビの乗ったピザ（好きな...
