Kamakura Pasta — Restaurant in Kitanakagusuku

Located on the 4th floor of Rycom Shopping Mall. Nice Pasta place with all-you-can-eat bread. You will place your order by tablet but there's not enough of them for each table. The waiter or waitress will have to bring it back if you want to order something extra. Kind of a burden on the average customer, most restaurants have a permanent tablet on the tables. The tablet menu is in Japanese but the cards they bring out are in English. Match up the numbers with the tablet to order. The Staff is very friendly and courteous. Not too many Staff members can speak English so be prepared. The food is average but filling. The salad comes in a really small bowl. Drinks come with more Ice than liquid. The atmosphere is okay, this is just an average restaurant. Lighting is good, tables are spaced well. I recommend trying it if you like pasta. I normally do not write bad reviews but I am now writing this in homes, the owners and managers read this review. It tool about 45 minutes to get our food. Staff, looks tired, like they dont want to be here. They didn't communicate to us there would be a wait. Tables around us waited a long time as well. Manager nowhere to be seen. Again, employees looked slow and lethargic. Too bad this used to be a good place for me to come eat a meal. I will not give a try again for a while until they fix the issues. Need a manager to monitor staff and ensure the place is being properly managed and operated. Very disappointed I ended up not eating my meal. The food is good and the all-you-can-eat bread is a plus. However, the staff are weird about taking leftovers home. I’ve been three times. The first two times they were hesitant to give my friend and I a box, but did. The last time they did not let me take home my leftovers. I understand if they do not do takeout for a meal prior to sitting and eating, but it is odd that they would not let me take home pasta that I am paying for.
