What's happening to quality in the service industry??? Is it a thing of the past? Poor service, terrible food presentation and preparation seems to be the norm--our chicken and fries were cold; and the drive thru person was rude, unfriendly, could barely speak English, and acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job.
