What's happening to quality in the service industry??? Is it a thing of the past? Poor service, terrible food presentation and preparation seems to be the norm--our chicken and fries were cold; and the drive thru person was rude, unfriendly, could barely speak English, and acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job. Fortunately, the second drive thru person who helped us was the COMPLETE opposite and was kind and helpful--if she was our original interaction, the service and atmosphere stars would have been much higher....our first food order was beyond disappointing, but the second was somewhat better, and...

We go through the drive through every time, and somehow they manage to get to order wrong every time…. Asked for boneless wings, they give me bone in wings, ask for regular chicken, they give spicy, the only thing they get right is the fries, kinda can’t mess that up.
