Baan Thai Market — Restaurant in Kobe

They served us THE WORST attitude from the moment we entered the restaurant until we left. The owner of the shop yelled at my face in front of everyone in the restaurant for 15 minutes straight, humiliating me in front of all my friends and strangers. While the other staffs were extremely nice to us, he was the only one who refused to treat us nicely. The worst part is, he was acting nice in front of others (Japanese customers) but refused to change his attitude towards us ?!?! As I am Thai, I don’t understand why people hate this restaurant. I visited 2 years ago, it was great. But recently got so curious about a lot of bad reviews so I went back to check it out with my Japanese friends again. Racist

I felt discriminated against so I checked the other reviews and I see I am not the only one. I arrived and saw a table and a place at the bar open and asked to see a vegetarian menu. I was told the place was full and that I would have to wait 90 minutes before a seat was available (on a Thursday night). She refused to even show me a menu.
