I would definitely categorize this place as a hidden gem in Kobe. It is a two floor place, decorated traditionally with a really nice view to a historical building in the second floor at the window side, mostly serving only different coffee kinds (without milk variants) and breakfast like toast food.
The "waitress" warned us that they only serve coffee without milk, meaning no latte or stuff. But since we came with this intention, it was no problem for us and actually it makes sense that she mentions this before we go to the second floor.. So I don't really understand the critics from other customers about that.
The coffee and butter+honey toast smelled good and tasted very good.
They also gave us a small gift, since we leave the country soon I guess. We really appreciated that.
I would very recommend this place to anyone especially...

You can choose your blend and the owner will roast for you cup by cup. The taste is really good. The second floor is super nice and cozy. Ojichan and obachan can't speak English but she try to communicate with is through google translate. Totally recommend to stop by and relax with a warm cup of coffee and warm...

And some items like the fresh toast is not available before 14:00. Which was something me and my wife...
