Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ladies at the reception desk were warm and welcoming, and they gladly helped us arrange taxis whenever we needed. Even though both the staff and we spoke only basic English and Japanese, with patience and understanding, we were able to communicate effectively.

We appreciated the thoughtful amenities—robes, razors, and combs were available near the elevators, and we could securely store our luggage in the lobby for free. The beds were fairly comfortable, though an extra pillow would have been nice. Our room was well-equipped with a coffee machine, TV, hairdryer, and complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. The shower was great, and everything was very clean.

One of the highlights was the Family Mart convenience store on the corner near the hotel. It was well-stocked and offered delicious snacks and essentials, which made it very convenient during our stay.

Fantastically convenient location surrounded by amazing food, cafes and shops and close to the harbour and other attractions; very comfortable room; friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is just a few minutes's walk to Nankin-machi (Chinatown), which is very lively and full of fantastic, cheap and delicious food. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, including "Bakery RIKI" just around the corner which does the most amazing pastries. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Sannomiya, the main bar and entertainment area, or is one stop away on the nearby train. The Kobe port and harbour area is about 10 minutes' walk in the opposite direction.
