住宅街に佇む街中華。ラーメン＋半炒飯で850円。昨今の材料高騰を踏まえるとありがたい価格設定です。 味も想像以上に素晴らしかったです。まずはラーメン。あっさりしているのに薄くないスープ、卵を多く含んだ縮れ細麺の組み合わせが懐かしい美味しさです。明日の昼にもう食べたいくらい。 炒飯はTheシンプルですが、ふんわりした卵がたっぷりと使われており、粗めに切られたネギの食感も良いです。これは、五目炒飯を単品で頼んだらかなり満足度の高いものがいただけるでしょう。 お店の方もとても感じが良く、団体さんも入っている中で手際よく料理を提供してくれました。 お腹も心も満たさて良い夜でした。

平日のランチにソロでお伺いしました。 店舗北側の駐車場も空いていて、満席になる前にカウンター席に座ることができました。 地元の常連さんや作業着系の人やサラリーマン系の人もいます。

外のホワイトボードのメニューで注文するものを決めて入店する感じです。

「街中華ってこうだよな」と言うようなお店です。 中華料理でもなく、大陸系台湾料理でもなく。

注文したのは『ニラそば＋半玉子炒飯』（900円） 炒飯はパラパラ系、ニラそばはニラ、もやし、味が濃いめのチャーシューがしっかり入っていて、どちらも美味しいです！ 物価高の昨今、これで1,000円以下ならOKです。

従業員の方も気持ち良く、お客さんが状況で席の移動を提案するなど...

ラーメンと玉子チャーハンのセット700を注文しました。ランチタイムは表のランチメニューのみの提供で、店内にメニューはないので入店する前にオーダーを決めておく必要があります。ラーメンのスープは甲府のラーメンに良くあるブタ臭い脂の多いスープです。僅かな臭みと脂のコクは、好き嫌いは分かれるかもですが、インパクトのある味わいです。延びにくい固めの細縮れの中華麺が脂を表面に纏ってスープとの一体感を味わわせてくれます。チャーハンは、色が綺麗なたまご色です。具は卵とネギだけのシンプルな構成ながら、卵の量が多くて口当たりもふわふわです。しっとり系ながらこめ粒が立っていて、パラパラした食感も楽しめます。これで700円なら...
