The Lotteria is a homegrown hamburger chain in Japan, and this is the Koga store. The burgers are generally OK but greasy, and the potatoes and fried cheese are good when not rancid. Service is so-so, worse than other hamburger chains. The store is nit all that nice and they could do something about the music. Personal recommendation: the bacon cheese burger.
