寿司の質・量・味・新鮮さ、これらは価格を考慮すれば、並み居る回転ずしチェーンの中でも最高クラスにランクされるものです。とくにライバル店にはほとんどない、お得なセットメニューが真骨頂です。御膳「花ひとひら」だけで満腹感が味わえ、大満足でした。初めてですのでえび天ぷら、ずわいがにも注文しましたが、いずれも美味しいです。内容を考えれば、全体に決して高額ではありません。非常にバランスが取れた寿司チェーンと評価しました。

しかし問題もあります。唯一の問題と言ってもよいでしょう。こちらは人気店のようで、夕方18時前には10組近い待機客がいました。客を待ちくたびれさせ、あきらめて帰ってしまう客がいることのように感じました。例えば本日、カウンター席に2人座れる空席があるのに、いつまでたってたも待っている2人組を案内せず、その隣の席が空いて初めて2人組の3組がそこに通されたりと、待っている客を早めに座らせ、回転率を高める配慮があったらと思いました。
