Excellent ramen stand. Owner was so friendly and patient with our very limited Japanese. The tonkatsu ramen was perfect in between wine tastings. He also serves a large variety of drinks and wines (including French, Italian and South African ones). His Izakaya is beautifully decorated with photos of his sailing ships, time as a Chef in Tokyo and postcard paintings that he made. He is a man of many talents.
