I arrived at the reception desk around 13:00 on a holiday, and there were about 15 people waiting, and I was able to enter the store around 2:00 p.m. You can check in at the ticket machine, check your queue on LINE, and even make notification function on your mobile phone, so you can enjoy nearby fruit farms and wineries while you wait. I had a vegetable HOTO meal and it was very delicious. The ingredients were the same as regular HOTO, but there were large chunks of pumpkin. Is miso red miso? Although the soup was thick, it wasn't too heavy and I was able to eat it all in one pot. It has a deeper flavor than the one you make at home, and is much more delicious and satisfying. The menu other than hoto was also extensive. The building is a large old folk house and the interior is spacious. The space is well designed and you can enjoy your meal in a very nice atmosphere. As I mentioned at the beginning, it is equipped with modern equipment, so you can find ways to spend your time while waiting.After entering the restaurant, I was able to enjoy delicious food in a great atmosphere, and I felt that it was a very nice restaurant.

This restaurant has a history of 120 years or so and is definitely worth to check out! Delicious hoto noodles! It's a special dish in the area where the noodles are wider and slightly thicker. The soup is delicious and lots of vegetables are added. The amount is huge too so you'll definitely be full after the meal. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Place is popular among locals too and there's enough seating inside.

初訪問❗ 武田神社⛩️を周りながら出張の旅を締め括るちょっと遅めのランチ☀️🍴です(^○^)ノ せっかく甲府、甲州まで来たので前回の河口湖で食べられなかったほうとうを食べたいと思います‼️ ネットで美味しそうな所を検索… ありました❗⤴️ 今回のランチ☀️🍴決定です❗(⌒0⌒)／ 噂ではめっちゃ混んでるとのことでしたが、お昼時間をズラしたから大丈夫かな… おおーーっ❗空いてる❗大正解じゃありませんか❗店構えも名に恥じぬ良い感じです(^o^)/ 早速、店内へGO💨 引戸を開けるとタイムスリップ✨した空間が広がる🎵良い❗めちゃめちゃ雰囲気が良い❗古民家ってどこか落ち着きますね😃 席へ通されメニューを拝見… 甲州竹かごセットも大変気になっていたが、魚介類が入っていたため断念…(;´д｀)⤵️ やはり当初から目を付けていた『豚肉ほうとう 天ぷらセット』をぶれずに注文‼️ ほうとうは茹で上がりまでに少々時間を要する様ですよ❗まっ、気長に待ちましょう🎵 多少の時が流れ、遂にほうとう御膳が着丼❗ おお～～っ❗良い盛りっぷり、実に天晴れである❗8(*^^*)8 店員さんにお勧めの『すりだね』もお聞きして、待ち切れない腹の虫が『ぐぅぅ～💦』笑 器に取り分けるとあるは、出てくるは、半端ではない具沢山❗カボチャ、椎茸、なめこ、人参、大根、油揚げ、白菜、山菜、薬味ネギとめっちゃ豪華な具沢山✨❗ いざ一口… 旨い🍴😆✨‼️ コシの強い麺が多種の野菜の旨味と風味と合わさり、コクのある深～ぃ味わいの濃いめの味噌が全ての具材と麺を取り纏めて半端ではない旨さのハーモニー🎵🎶を奏でている❗8(*^^*)8 歯応えの残る麺に濃い目で仕上げたスープが良く絡む‼️ご飯も欲しくなる旨さだ❗ セットの天ぷらも人参、スナップエンドウ、レンコン、さつまいも×２あり、サクサク、ホクホクの食感が堪らない❗それでいて、野菜の旨味と甘さをしっかりと味わえる最高の逸品だ❗ 箸休めの漬け物も良い感じ。(^○^) ここで遂に『すりだね』の出番である❗店員さん曰く、辛いので1回くらいで良いとのことでしたが、辛党🌶️の私としては７回ほど入れてしまった…(￣□￣;)!!💦 さすがに辛いか… 違う、旨い、旨過ぎるぞ‼️ これはほうとうの担々麺🍜だ❗これはめっちゃ旨い🍴😆✨ 最強の隠し球だ❗💦 スープまで全て飲み干しあっという間に空になってしまった(￣▽￣;)💦 混む理由が分かりました… 静岡県、山梨県恐るべし❗旨いものだらけだ‼️ 必ずまた来ます✨ 大変ご馳走様でした🎵(*´ー｀*)ノｳﾏｶｯﾀ…

入口を入り、タブレットにて順番待ちのナンバー券を確保します。 これで順番の予約成立で、呼ばれるまで待つのみ。 但し、タブレットで電話連絡をするにしても、連絡は呼ばれた後にしか来ませんでした。何故なのか?早めの連絡がほしいところです。 さて本題ですが、甲斐サーモン、竹籠御膳、鳥のもつ煮、野菜ほうとうをこちらで食べたいと思い初訪問です。 しかし、ほうとう以外は全てありませんでした。 竹籠御膳は、葡萄狩り゙等農業が繁盛期ではやらないとの事で無しに、鳥のもつ煮は現在仕込中との事、甲斐サーモンは秋以降にならないと仕入れが無いそうです。 非常に残念ですが、食のメインは次回にお預けになりました。 ほうとうは、野菜たっぷりで自家製味噌仕込で美味しくいただけました。量も申し分なく、満腹になります。 天麩羅をセットにしたのですが、これまたサクサクでとても美味しく、満足のいくものです。 ただ、残念ながら水コップや箸、お手拭き（事前にテーブルに置いてある）も無くて、水は氷が溶け切ったぬるい水でした。 他のテーブルを見ると氷がしっかり入った冷水でした。 たまたまなのか、悪いことが重なっただけなのか?わかりませんが、初めて行ってこれだと次回は無いのですが、今回食べられなかった物があるので、再度挑戦したいですね。 12月3日再度訪問しました。 予定より1時間も早く着いてしまい、誰一人いませんでした。開店時間で二組その後、チラホラお客さんが絶えることなく来店。 本日は食べたい物全て食べることができました。 甲斐サーモン、馬刺しは2切れずつですが、満足です。 竹籠セットも限定のようで、メニューの予約を゙しておいたので安心です。 朝イチだったので、予約は必要なかったようですが、とりあえず確実にと思い予約を゙しました。 秋口はかなり混雑しますが、寒くなってくると混雑が無くなるようです。

Omg! This is the perfect spot, lovely to sit outdoor during Autumn as you can see Mount Fuji while you are eating. Food is super yummy, big portion, service is very friendly too. But prepare to wait for a table, they have a long queue at lunch time.

The horse sashimi and horse offals appetiser dish were delicious - we also enjoyed the large portions of hotto udon which came with thick flavourful miso based broth.
