Soryu Winery — Restaurant in Koshu

The best value winery I visited in terms of quality of the wine at each label/price tier. They have variations of Koshu , a classic Muscat Bailey A single variety and some red blends. There's also a rather moreish Port and some sweeter wines which I didn't try. This is the sort of place that will help develop the industry, as there's something interesting for most wine drinkers whether novice or seasoned; with Japanese, New World or Old World taste...

Very friendly staff and good wines. You can buy coins for the tasting area and get 4 times 20ml from different wines for 450 yen. They have a good Petit Verdot and some tasty...
