An excellent sushi restaurant in Kumamoto downtown. Very cozy with limited seats. I was having running nose tonight and chef was very attentive to put a box of tissue aside to me. All ingredients are vey fresh, chef has very good skill to serve these ingredients. Good place for good sushi omakase

A private kitchen with 6 seats only. We make reservation and start our omakase dinner from 6:30. We had 5 appetisers and 12 delicious sushi. I see they cure the fish (tuna and others) so the favours are very strong and tasty. Really nice experience and must try

truly, highly recommended Sushi res in Kumamoto City. brand new opened Sushi restaurant about half year ago. reservation necessary. only six counter seats inside, which means they accept six customers at most lunch and dinner. pls be careful, do not forget to book seats at first. 鮨白兎Sushi HAKUTO お昼のおまかせ OMAKASE Lunch SUSHI course税込価格¥5,500。玉子焼[ぎょくGyoku]のオリジナリティも秀逸。熟成肉aged beefならぬ、熟成刺身aged Sashimiのテクニックによる旨みの引き出し方にも脱帽。鮨ネタの一つ一つが絶品なのは言うまでもなく、天草産･車海老のミソ入り赤出汁、香り高いアオサがのった、こだわりの茶碗蒸しなどの箸休めも嬉しい。カウンター6席のみ、完全予約制。
