Sukiya is one of my favorite spots in Japan for a quick and satisfying meal. I had the classic gyudon (beef bowl) and it was delicious — tender beef, flavorful sauce, and perfectly cooked rice. The menu has lots of variety too — from curry rice and unagi (eel) to seasonal items and side dishes like miso soup, salad, or a soft-boiled egg (onsen tamago). Ordering is fast and easy, and some locations even have touchscreen menus in multiple languages. The service is quick, and the atmosphere is casual and clean. It’s perfect for solo diners, a quick lunch, or even a late-night meal (many branches are open 24 hours).

そぼろ丼をテイクアウトでいつも頼むが過去におんたま変更にしているのに普通の卵が入っていたり、そもそも卵すら入っていなかったり、今回はしば漬けが入っていない上に紅しょうががレジ横に置いていなかったため欲しいと伝えたところ袋に入ってると言われたのに入ってもいなかった。こんなことが続きすぎて、続く度に店に戻って時間やお金の無駄です。なんのためにテイクアウトしているのか分からなくなる。これだと店で食べる方が早い。人手不足でミスが起きるなら人手を増やせ。非常に不愉快。価格が安いからと言って適当に仕事をするな。さすがに続きすぎてク...
