There are not many special features, but the menu is extensive and it is convenient in that you can easily eat Vietnamese food. The shop attached to the restaurant is small, but it has fruits, frozen foods, seasonings, etc.

明らかに日本人向けではなく、ベトナム人向けのお店です。

そのため、日本人の感覚からすると不満を感じる点がいくつかありました。

まず衛生面ですが、ベタついたメニュー表や、コップの水の中に小さな異物が混入していたのが気になりました。 全体的に清潔感に欠けており、あまり洗練された印象は受けません。

極めつけは、他のベトナム人のお客さんが、卓上の瓶詰め調味料に自分の箸を直接突っ込んでいた場面を目にしたことです。 マナーの問題というより、店側が取り箸を用意しておらず、客も当然のようにそうしていたことから、「こういう文化なのか」と感じざるを得ませんでした。 それ以降、卓上調味料には一切手をつけませんでした。

また、肝心の料理も私の口には合いませんでした。 現地の味を忠実に再現しているのかもしれませんが、日本人向けのアレンジや気遣いはあま...
