I went here yesterday. I highly recommend the karaage thigh. It’s so crispy and juicy. One of the best karage in Kurume. It is cheap too. I took a picture of their menu. Please check it.

ピーク過ぎにから揚げ弁当（もも肉）を注文しました。お店の中は油で充満しており、揚げ物屋さんだなという感じで、長くいたらニオイがつくなというのが第1印象。弁当を持ち帰り、すぐに開けるとから揚げだけでなく少し総菜やポテトと揚げミートボールが入っていたのは嬉しい。でも国産鶏だし、値段からしたら妥当かなという感じです。味は、中津から揚げの本場は知りませんが、ジューシーさはありました。いくら食べても飽きないという感じでしょうか。でも個人的にめちゃうまいという所までは感じる事は…。値段も国産という事で、弁当食べるという事になると、ゆとりがある時ならまた注文したいとは。

開店と同時に店内にイン！すると電話注文も同時に入り、その時確信した！ここ絶対美味いやつ〜(^^)

ミックスと膝軟骨、ヤンニョムももを注文！ 店員さん美人でハキハキしてて、明るくGOOD！！見惚れてしまいそうです笑

気になる味ですが、、、、サイコーです！そのかわり言わせてください！鶏の風味を感じる為の優しい味ですので、濃いニンニクや生姜の香りを求める方には合わないかもしれません。ガツンと系の唐揚げとは真逆です！ ヤンニョムは甘辛い味付けで子供から大人まで幅広く好きな味だと思います。

良い意味でほとんど調味料の味は付いていないように感じました！薄味派の私にとって、ようやく見つけた過去一素晴らしい唐揚げ屋さんです。味変したいなら岩塩かゆずポン酢がおすすめです。
