Ichigen — Restaurant in Kusatsu

This menu is called ラー油キムチ. I ordered medium size with level 2 of spicyness. I can say, the content of the ramen is too much. However, the taste is very very delicious. There are seaweeds, bonito flakes, yolk, and the texture of the kimchi, all of them are combined in a bowl of soba noodles. Compared to Japanese ingredients in general, this maze soba is considered as spicy. When I am almost done, I felt sick of it though. So in case you cannot finish it, I suggest to order small size. Good reviews on Google so give it a try. The staffs are very lively, polite and attentive, that I liked it very much. As for the popular tantan-mazesoba, it was good but I'd say this is the place when you are young and hungry. Many students so it feels a bit out of place if you are adult over 30.
