We went to 九州ラーメン　銀水 yesterday in Kusatsu. It was really good. We both had the special ramen and we shared some fried rice. The tonkotsu (pork bone) soup was perfect. The Fukuoka mentaiko was spicy and it really added to the soup. The noodles were thinking and perfectly cooked. The egg wasn't great. It seemed like something they bought at a convenience store but that is my only complaint. The fried rice wasn't too oily. It had huge chunks of pork in it. I will...

I ordered tonkotsu ramen and fried rice set. The tonkotsu soup is not too thick or too light, the noodle goes well with the soup. The pork was perfect, outstandingly well prepared. The newly made fried rice was extremely aromatic but taste just fine.

The downside was the waiting time. I went on a Wednesday evening and I had to wait almost an hour to get the meal. Would be great if they can...

南草津で古くから根強い人気を誇るお店です。 他店とは異なる独特の豚骨ラーメンがいただけます。 場所柄、学生のお客さんが多いということもあってか、セットメニューはリーズナブルでありながらヴォリューム満点です。 店前の駐車場は満車であることが多いですが、パナソニック方面へ少し行って左折するとコインパーキングがあります。 入店してすぐに券売機。それほど広い店舗ではないものの上手く空間を利用され、カウンターとテーブル席があります。接客はこちらが恐縮してしまうぐらい丁寧です。 「台湾風ピリ辛セットB」 柔らかくクリーミーなスープはマイルドながら豚骨の存在をしっかり感じさせるもの。もちろん癖や臭みは皆無ですが、滑らかにスッと入り込んでくる独特の質感で、一度食べるとこれはやみつきになります。 程良い歯応えを残す細麺もパツンパツンではないものの規則正しくビッシバッシ。 スープも麺も実に個性的ですが具材も負けておらずで、とろけそうなほどに柔らかく分厚い煮豚が抜群の出来です。 セットの台湾風ピリ辛まぜごはんがヴォリューム満点。そのまま食べても、雑炊風に〆てもバッチリです！ これで880円(2024年3月現在)は驚異という他ありません。 「プレミアム銀水らーめん」 看板メニュー。 単品で注文するとチャーシュー増、煮玉子がトッピングされます。 マイルドで癖のない味わいながら、しっかり豚骨を感じさせるスープ。旨味が詰め込まれており、やっぱり旨いです。 デフォでも硬めの細麺が気持ちいいぐらいにパッツン。 濃いめに味付けられたトロトロチャーシューも相変わらず抜群です。
