豚骨屋 九州雄 — Restaurant in Kusatsu

Visited in August 2024. I heard that this restaurant is famous in southern Shiga Prefecture as a tonkotsu ramen restaurant. *Tonkotsu is a type of ramen that uses pork bones as the base for the soup. *Later, other reviews stated that this restaurant has no connection to the famous ramen restaurant mentioned above. I was shocked.

It was lunchtime, but the restaurant was empty after a few foreigners left. I ordered a rich tonkotsu ramen. I also ordered fried chicken and rice. The taste of the soup is very unique. The pork bone smell is extremely strong, which is an attractive taste for pork bone lovers. This is my personal opinion, but I have eaten a lot of ramen in Fukuoka and Kumamoto, and it is different from the ramen in this region. I have the impression that this soup is weak in taste compared to its smell, and lacks depth. The noodles are thin, and there is no ramen with large noodles by default, so if you want to eat a lot, you will have to order a refill of noodles for 110 yen or 130 yen.

Because the noodles are thin, ramen is served about 3 minutes after ordering. Refills of noodles are served 1 minute after ordering.

As for fried chicken, it is served at the same speed as ramen. In other words, it is served in about 3 minutes, and the work of frying is not done after ordering. Even though fried chicken is a standard menu at ramen restaurants, it is a menu that should not be ordered. Even if it is not known where the chicken was made in, it is a fact that it was not tasty. *The photo is out of focus, but the meat has a strange color.

There is a parking lot in front of the store for three cars. It is narrow, so those who are not confident in driving may have trouble parking. I do not know if there are any other parking lots managed.

平日の月曜日ながらかなり繁盛しているようで、退店時には外に並ぶお客さんの姿もありました。 地域柄か学生やその他若い人が多くて雰囲気もよかったです。店員さんも愛想良く、男性の店員さんは調理しながらでも注文を聞いてくださいました。 豚骨の麺カタめと豚丼を注文しました。注文してからほんの数分で来てました。写真は1口ラーメンを啜った後に撮ったものですw店の厨房が丸見えなので、どんな風に作っているかがよく分かり、面白かったです。 私自身、初来店でしたのであっさりと表記していた豚骨を頼んだのですが、これがとても美味しかったです。麺の硬さも私好みで、スルスルと無くなっちゃいましたwすぐ替え玉をバリカタで再度注文しました。 私はラーメン屋さんによく行く訳では無いので麺の硬さは大体普通くらいにしていたのですが、バリカタいいですね。というか、もう1回替え玉しても良かったかも…w 豚丼は豚の下にもやしが敷かれていて、サイズは小さいながらとても美味しかったです。想像以上で、替え玉と一緒に再度頼むか悩んだくらいですw 聞いた話によると稀丼なるものもあると聞いていたので、次回は稀丼とこってりの濃豚骨を頂こうかと思います。

焼き飯が… チャーシューの切れ端とネギとご飯を炒めただけで、しかも油でギトギト。

ラーメンのスープも濃ければ旨いみたいな勘違いをしてるのか、カップラーメンのスープの原液みたい。

店員もうるさい。 来○亭かと。 落ち着いて食べられないし二度と行かない。

ちなみに 移転と言ってる口コミが何件かありますが移転ではないです。 元々の店は屋号が変わって元の場所にあります。 一から始めて口コミで行列のできる人気店になった(元)九州雄に行きたい方はそちらにどうぞ。

ーーーーーーーーーーーー 何年かぶりに同僚に連れられて深夜に訪問。 うるさくて近所迷惑と言われてたようだが、店の外に対してはそんなにうるさくなかった。 改善したのかな？ (近所の苦情に対応したのかな？) でも店内はうるさかった。 会話ができない。 しゃべってないでとっとと食ってとっとと出ろ。というスタンスなのか。

チャーシューがなんか変だった。 ちょっと高いカップラーメンに別袋で入ってる乾燥チャーシューみたいなベーコンみたいな。 不思議な食感。
