絹本店 — Restaurant in Kushiro

Must visit restaurant in 釧路市! In February. I visited 絹本店 at evening for dinner. The restaurant recommended us crab 毛蟹 shabu and タラバガニ grilled. The 毛蟹 shabu was amazing! It was raw and cut elegantly. You can simply hold the claws and put into the soup湯 for 3 seconds to eat. It was a unforgettable experience and the most fresh seafood in Hokkaido.

Before I visit here, I went to 二条市場 in Sapporo. The seafood there were usually pre-cooked then re-heat. The seafood in 釧路 is much much better.

Therefore, if you have enough money. I suggest you not to spend too much money in Tourism market. Spend money in絹本店. It won’t let you down.

Second recommend, タラバガニ. You cannot miss タラバガニ in Hokkaito. 釧路is especially famous for fresh seafood with reasonable price. Though 釧路 is not a popular tourist point. But seafood with reasonable price and high-quality cooking techniques. This is what you don’t want to miss.

Finally, 握り寿司 was also fresh and full of 旨味.

Was in Kushiro town and had to look for seafood. After much fumbling and asking around we found this quiet place. It’s a little high end so be prepared to spend about $60-70 on the average per person here. It’s a little pricey and hard to find but it’s all worth it!!! We ate the “King Crab” that are live at the yanks and ordered a Sashimi Moriwase “platter”....

今回祝い事で利用させていただきました。

平日にも関わらず2階のボックス席はほぼ埋まっており念の為予約をしておいて正解でした。 メニュートップには金額の記載が無い蟹料理がずらり。 おそらく時価なのでしょう 所謂高級店です。

蟹のあらいは刺身とからだ部分の茹でが両方楽しめます。今回毛蟹を頂きましたがサイズも身の詰まり具合も一級品 焼きタラバは極太で身もぎっちり詰まって塩加減も完璧。 北海道にきたら食べたくなる塩水雲丹もありました。

蟹以外にも寿司や海鮮丼、牡蠣、フグ、焼き物、揚げ物、牛肉系の料理、果てはビーフシチューなどかなり幅広く対応されてます。

モノが良い分値段もそれなりにしますが、翌日訪れた市場で参考までに同サイズの毛蟹の値段を見てみたら、決して高すぎるということはなく、仕事を考えると相応かと思います。 相手もとても満足してくれました ありがとうございました。

他の方の口コミで評価が低い理由に接客が。ということを挙げられている方が多かった点に関して。

予約電話の対応や来店時のファースト対応(この２点は声からおそらく同男性) フロアーの数名の女性の方のうち１名フランクな接客態度 このお二人。

お店のグレードや商品価値、価格帯、事前期待値などが高いのに低価格帯の居酒屋のような店員の対応となれば、地元の常連さん以外には残念に感じさせてしまうのも致し方ないかと思いました。 もしこちらが改善されれば、もっと良いお店になのになーと思ってしまいました。 あとは他の方の口コミにある会計間違いの件はレシート含め、会計前の金額詳細の載った伝票などは出して貰えないのでご自身で確認を。

しかし今回は事前の口コミ閲覧でそれなりに覚悟はしていたので、あまり気にせず頂くことが出来ました。
