Our worst experience in Japan. The employees were impolite to us. Let me go into details: When we entered, they asked us whether we have a reservation in Japanese. We didn't understand and she kept asking the same thing until we understood what she meant. That already felt odd. Then they gave us only 1 menu, although there were 3 of us. We managed to order (although the menus are only in Japanese). Then things started to go south here as I wanted to order water. However, everyone else waited for an hour. After an hour, I tried to ask when can we expect the food. Without replying, they said wait! . It was rather rude. At that point, we had enough, we paid for the food and left. This is the first time in my life when I did such a thing.
