The service is impeccable, a lot of staff, very fast and professional service. They have perfected the service, parking is locAted under the restaurant on the ground fooor. The decor also is very elegant and a mix of traditional and modern. also very spacious restaurant and space between tables is quite big compared to Japanese restaurants so good privacy and not noisy. The menu is also very big, good options of meat, vegetables, side dishes. Presentation is very good but portions are small. 子供を1名含む4人で電話予約。その際、お店の混み具合によっては2時間での退店を告げられる。 約1時間経過後に大人1名合流。 そこそこに食事を済ませてデザートのオーダー時点で店員(モジャ毛)にラストオーダーの旨を告げられる。周囲見回すとガラガラ、退店した客の片付けが放置されてるテーブル多数。 午後6時頃入店でその時点では午後7時40分頃。 モジャ毛に予約時に混み具合によって2時間制の旨は聞いているがガラガラじゃない？と質問するも無愛想に一律2時間で案内していると回答。聞けばアルバイトとの事で店舗責任者と話をしたいと告げるも店舗責任者は今日は居ないと返答。 トイレへ行く際にレジ付近でぼーっとしてる人に社員は居ないのか尋ねると私が社員ですとの回答。 そこで質問、何故にガラガラの状態で帰らそうとする？私は予約時に混雑時には2時間制でお願いしているとは聞いたが今、ガラガラじゃない？と尋ねると駐車場が一杯なんですと意味不明の回答。 普段は予約時に駐車場満車の際はご容赦くださいというくせにコイツも無茶苦茶な回答をする。 再度、店長ナシでこの店は運営しているのか尋ねると責任者はいるが同じ建物内、別の場所に居ると回答。一言一句、同一でないと意味も理解できないのか？ 営業支配人の城山氏と面談。苦情内容を告げる。 あまりしつこく言っても仕方ないがこちらの不満は伝える。数十年に渡って天壇を利用しているがここまで接客レベルが落ちたのは残念。 柳原可奈子似のアルバイト店員、コイツは特に使えない。オーダーで呼んでも聞こえないフリや極め付けは、帰り際に駐車場へ忘れ物と言って何か持って来たが、テーブルの1番に置いてたとかタメ口。我々のテーブルが1番かどうか知らんが立体駐車場の札は1番。ひょっとしたら忘れ物かと思ったが立駐のお兄さん曰く、いえいえテーブル番号の事ですと・・・柳原可奈子は接客していて我々が座っていたテーブルも理解できないレベル。 融通の効かない一律教育は楽なんでしょうけど、確実に顧客に不満を残します。飲食店なんてケースバイケース、臨機応変、柔軟に対応してこそ接客業でサービス業じゃないのでしょうか？ 社長さん、一回電話ください。 天壇、本当に好きで40年から通ってましたがそろそろ限界か・・・本当に不愉快な食事にな...

Nous voulions une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle au Japon afin pouvoir gouter à la fameuse viande de "Boeuf de Kobé". Nous sommes donc allé dans cet établissement. La compréhension avec le personnel est difficile pour des occidentaux pour faire comprendre ce que nous voulons manger. Bon après un bon quart d'heure, nous finissions enfin par trouver notre bonheur et commandons un menu qui propose plusieurs morceaux de viande différents ainsi que du boeuf de Kobé en tranche. Le repas fut exceptionnel par la qualité de la nourriture. Un barbecue central permet de faire griller sa viande à sa convenance. Tout est bon.
