Wakasa Bay wild fish dishes Taisho — Restaurant in Kyoto

I showed up late at night with a very special request. While it was outside of what they can usually accommodate, I explained my wife was sick and that I'd really like to do something to take care of her. They heard me, and obliged immediately, finding a solution for her to enjoy her Udon in peace, and even serving me while I waited with some nice tea.. The broth was delicious and the noodles were perfectly prepared.
