仕事で舞鶴に来た際に、炭火焼き居酒屋 弾正さんを利用しました。 予約時の電話対応からとても親切で、安心して来店できました。 料理やドリンクの提供もスピーディーで、待たされることなく楽しめました。 お料理はどれも美味しく、炭火焼きならではの香ばしさが最高でした。 最後までスタッフの皆さんが丁寧で元気な接客をしてくださり、さらに見送りまでしていただいて、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。仕事利用でしたが、またぜひプライベートでも伺いたいお店です。

初めての利用（昼）。 近所のゆきもそろそろ飽きたころ、路面の1000円ランチの看板を 見つけて入店。 たたき、鶏の唐揚げ、サバの塩焼き等、全て美味しかったですよ。 また利用させて頂くと思います。

ちょっとおせっかいながら。 ・少し味噌汁が温かった様に思えます。 ・唐揚げ単品で食すならちょうどいい味付け。掛かっていた ソース込みではややキツめかと。（歳、嗜好のせいか？）

夜も行かせていただきました。 常連客様含め、料理、お酒のチョイスに文句のつけ様がごさいません...
