What a great ramen house with a great vibe and amazing broth! The owner took very good care of us and let us sit at the traditional tables. Portions were far larger than expected, and so very affordable. We surprised ourselves and ate the entire meal. We would recommend this ramen house! 🙂

Small mom & pop ramen shop. The Ramen is shoyu (Soy Sauce) based with a nice rich flavor. Prices are reasonable, I had the largest dish which cost 1650 yen ($11) The only downside is parking is limited, and there is only five tables for seating.

2022年9月は木曜、金曜日が定休日です。 ____ 真鶴駅から徒歩20分。何ヶ所か分岐点はありますが、山の方を道なりに登っていきます。店まだかな？と不安になっていると、とつぜん路上駐車がいるので、そこが目的地の「味の大西真鶴店」でした。（隣はランチバイキングが頂ける有名店です。） 車やバイクで来る方が大半です。 土曜日の11:20くらいに到着して、一巡目のお客さんが退店されるタイミングで入れました。 立地が山なので、眺望はとてもよく、座敷席だと相模湾が一望できます。気持ちが良い景観です。 味の大西さんのラーメンは真鶴町民のソールフードとのこと。 頼んだのはワンタン麺です。 小田原系は量が多いと聞いていましたが、どうしてもワンタンが食べたくてこちらを選択。 ビロビロの麺に、肉感はあるものの柔らかいチャーシュー2枚、美味しいメンマ、ラーメンには珍しい三葉とアサツキの薬味入りです。ワンタンは薬味に雲隠れしており、大きなのが5-6個入っていたかと思います。 初めて食べた小田原系ラーメンですが、どこか懐かしさを感じます。丁寧に作られていて、とてもあっさり食べられます。麺の量はかなり多めで、食べても食べても減らず、大きめワンタンのせいもあって、ボリュームがすごい！ 美味しかったので食べられましたが、お腹12分目になりました。 少食の方や女性だときついかも。 注文時に麺少なめにしてもらえるみたいです。 トイレお借りしましたが、とても綺麗に掃除されています。 初めての小田原系ラーメン、とても満足しました。今度はパートナーと来たいです。

Rather salty but not fatty shoyu ramen, and if you're lucky you can get a tatami seat with a view of the sea! The noodles are flat but irregular and nicely chewy. I had the wonton ramen and there were a lot of them in there too, so was definitely filling. Worth a stop if...
