KUBO GRILL — Restaurant in Matsudo

had a fantastic evening here. celebrating ours birthdays. me and my cousin. it's quite far from our place but if you're looking for very good filipino restaurant here in Japan and opens until the wee hours of night, it's worth driving up to Matsudo. though the location is not that commercialized, they provide free parking for their guests. ambience is so cool, a typical old style house which we called Nipa hut or Kubo.. The dishes that we had were all good and tasty. the cleanest and not too oily chicharon bulaklak i have ever tried. even in the Philippines, never tried such, the way they prepared it. its just a little issue with the Tapa we had, its not that tender but the taste is really good. Also, the Crispy Pata has something that rings my smell and taste senses.. price is not expensive, because the serving size is so generous enough for sharing. Food serves too slow..They miss orders. Staff are fews. They serves more alcohol than food.. And the place is far from train station. No more bus at late night.
