So… I finally tried Saigon restaurant! Voted 4.4 google rating! 😮! The restaurant is amazing! Nice staff master- women! The order was the main pho with blood sausage! Amazing! The soup broth is clean and has many complex flavors- ginger, galag, lemon grass and the beef broth. The soup is super clear! But has beautiful blends of beef stock flavor. On service was roasted peanuts! Goes well with the 333 lager! The upgrade set came with a spring roll and bean sprouts!

The noodles were cooked to perfection! And the side chilli gave it some impact!

Definitely worth the ranking of google reviews! The restaurant is around 1 year old. Clean, professional, and relaxing! Definitely a place to check out in...

There is only few Vietnamese restaurants in Japan that serves com dui ga and com tam. But I order Com thit kho hot vit and my friend order Chan ga sate. To be honest the Com thit kho hot vit seems to be best choice there. Very flavourful broth. The nem ran...

I have been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants around Shim Matsudo and this is my favorite so because some of the dishes they serve are not available to the other restaurants.
